What you-ll create and doLead engagements largely focused on developing and executing client Data Architectures and StrategiesCreate deployment and modernization strategies for enterprise-wide digital transformations, particularly for the transition of legacy data to new systems and platformsDevelop, and guide the implementation of enterprise data integration approaches for master data, third-party data, and analyticsDevise enterprise legacy co-existence, migration, and decommissioning strategies, including for transformational environments with constantly changing priorities, numerous and siloed and duplicative data sources, and aging infrastructureDevelop data architecture and/or solution architecture diagrams and evolution roadmaps, which are understandable by both business and technical stakeholdersCollaborate across multiple product and project teams, including other vendors, to review business processes and guide the creation of data dictionaries, data flow documentation, and data integration requirements and plansGuide the architecture design for enterprise data models, taxonomy, data quality, data interoperability, data lake and data warehouse and analytics capabilities in collaboration with business and technical stakeholdersParticipate in, and where necessary influence the direction of, enterprise architecture review boards/committeesBe actively involved in the development of new and existing client relationships working with innovative methodologies, practices, tools and assets in addressing key client/market challengesDemonstrate strong experience in sales support, project execution, practice management, and development What you-ll bring to this roleAn interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you workA demonstrated leadership experience with an ability to work on multiple initiatives including client engagements and business development initiativesExtensive experience in the development enterprise data architecture strategies and roadmaps for clients (including linked business cases) with a specific focus on the following:Data architecture leading practices and options, understanding strategic objectives of clients linked to digital transformation initiatives (strategies include: client 360, BI, Analytics, AI, Open Data and Data Exchange)Data technology architectures and solution options aligned to technology strategy and priority data use cases, including Cloud / Hybrid cloud and deployment optionsLeading practices in data management including master, reference, metadata, data quality, data protection, data life cycle management aligned to data governance model deployedData transformation plans and roadmaps including data migrations, co-existence, and legacy decommissioningExperience in development and execution of data programs working closely with stakeholders across functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, Data Technology, Business / Corporate data owners and stewards, Data Governance and Management CoEsExperience leading a data architecture/integration workstream for an enterprise-wide digital transformation for large organizations (5000+ employees), public sector industry considered an assetExperience developing, and guiding the implementation of, an enterprise master data management strategyMust be able to break down complex problems, question assumptions and be comfortable making high impact decisions with limited information and some degree of uncertaintyGood knowledge of SDLC agile and waterfall methodologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to deliver concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various levels, ranging from VPs to technical specialistsExperience working in a similar capacity for a comparable size consulting organization considered an assetAs a requirement, a Secret Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who will be engaged on these assignments.
