The Proposal Development Administrator will be an important part of a continuously improving our document development process. This individual will be responsible all administrative functions associated to the Proposal Development process, as well as well as researching, understanding and developing a working knowledge of the parking technology and management services that are offered by the company. This individual will be required to work collaboratively with staff within the division and other internal departments in order to develop a clear understanding of what is required by each project and how to effectively apply ideas and strategies to documentation and proposals.Please note that this is an entry level position.Location: 90 Floral Parkway, North York, ON M6L 2C5. This position is in-officeEmployment: Full-time, in-officeHours: 9:00a.m-5:30p.mCompensation: HourlyProposal Development Duties:Obtaining, downloading, distributing and printing all official RFP, RFI, RFQ documentsEnsuring all addenda are downloaded and tracked for each projectReview document requirements to ensure response to all pre-submission material (e.g. RSVP to Site Meetings, return Intent to Submit letters, etc.)Recording and tracking project specific deadlines (i.e. deadlines to submit questions, due dates, etc.)Request and coordinate all required documentation for submissions in a timely manner (i.e. obtain Insurance Certificates, WSIB documentation, Bonding requirements, as required)Coordinating and executing submission documentation, as required by the RFP documentTimely printing and delivery of all documentation, when requiredWork to communicate the proposal in various ways, including graphic layouts and Powerpoint presentations. General Administration Duties:Preliminary documentation production for inclusion in our response template libraryTracking, updating and distributing a database project milestone dates and submission deadlines Appropriately file and maintain lists of all projects, both in-progress and closedOther administrative functions as needed on a daily basisMandatory Qualifications:Completed post-secondary education in a writing intensive field (i.e. communications)Strong written communication skills in English and ability to understand technical informationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat ProAbility to focus and work independently Ability to work within strict deadlinesself-motivating with attention to detail1 year professional experience is preferred but not mandatoryValid driver’s license
