We are dedicated to your success.Job DescriptionThe Proposal Coordinator reports to the Defence Capture Manager. They are responsible for supporting the Defence Division to ensure that it meets the goals and objectives as directed by the Executive/SMC. The Proposal Coordinator coordinates the development of proposals of low to moderate complexity/small to large size. They will ensure that all documents are keeping with company standards, facilitates the proposal review process, and guides production of the final draft.Coordinates tracking and documents all aspects of the proposal preparation process with the appropriate Capture Manager/Proposal Specialist. This includes:Time lining receipt of proposal development contentTracking review of matrices and technical proposalsUpdating RFP in accordance with on-going amendmentsUpdating templates in accordance with amendmentsDistributing the proposal and all relevant documents for reviewMaintaining version control over documents; andEnsuring the delivery of the final product to the proper authority.Prepares detailed proposal architectures using company boilerplates/templates for all opportunities being pursuedIdentifies any areas of concern, or incompleteness, and makes recommendations for broader procedural changes as appropriateJob Requirements:QualificationsUniversity Degree, or College Diploma in technical writing, business administration or a relevant fieldMinimum 2 years experience in administration (defence industry an asset)Technical proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)It may be a requirement to work on multiple projects; excellent organizational qualities and the ability to work under pressure without compromising quality is essentialAdditional InformationBenefits (health & dental)RRSP Plan
