Property management company located in West end Vancouver is looking for a property administrator
Data entry in Excel & Simply accounting;
Maintain an organized file system: tenants files, invoices, contracts
Other admin & bookkeeping duties as required.
Reports to Office manager
• Proficient on Microsoft Office Excel and Simply Accounting
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Positive and can-do attitude

Minimum 5 years experience in property management in BC
