Under the supervision of the Vice-President Operations, the Project Manager – Operations will have to ensure the proper functioning of the operations in the plant. Job Responsibilities: Evaluate and plan production needs and you will be on the lookout for changes to increase the profitability of operations; Meet the production objectives Work with the engineering team to evaluate the technological solution to the fulfillment of the mandate, to ensure that all personnel and materials are available in inventory; Write production reports and product manufacturing records Coordinate training activities in production Write and / or check and approve instructions, procedures and forms related to the production, maintenance and / or remediation of the Quality Manual Communicate production objectives and results to supervised staff Follow up on work requests for maintenance, instrumentation and production Establish manufacturing sheets Propose innovative ways to work, working with the R & D team to increase the quality of operations.
