The Bell Campaign Strategy & Execution group within the Business Intelligence team is currently seeking for a dynamic, self-motivated, high performing individual who has solid knowledge and background in project management and delivery to join the team. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, Campaign Strategy & Execution, the successful incumbent will be responsible for coordinating activities that affect both the business and technical sides of a project, while transforming the business through the provision of key strategic imperatives and driving the evolution of the campaign delivery team. Primary Responsibilities: Effectively engage, lead, and influence cross-functional teams, to enable end-to-end (E2E) integration delivery Create and manage project plans and related documentation, in accordance with established project management methodology (i.e. Project Charter, Scope Statement, WBS, Budget, Action Registers, etc.) Develop scope and ensure containment of scope Collaborate with SMEs in maintaining traceability within business and functional requirements Build implementation instruments (i.e. Deployment Communication Plan, Method of Procedure, Request for Change) Build strong relationships with project sponsors and key stakeholders, to incorporate their goals, and adopt solutions Provide regular updates on project status, including risks and risk management approach to senior management Oversight of business unit project budgets providing input into prioritization and strategy Experience/Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of project management methodology and best practices (e.g. PMI, disciplined agile, SAFE) Fully proficient in using Project Management Tools including MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Excellent English communication skills both oral & written, and comfortable communicating at all different levels, from cross-functional to executive Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty, and changing priorities Passion for uncovering business needs, identifying opportunities, and aligning efforts to ensure timely implementation Experience in creating strategic presentations to executives to provide project updates Excellent skills in planning, organizing and prioritizing Ability to understand complex dynamics of working with multiple stakeholders with divergent interests PreferredExperience and Education: PM experience an asset Bachelor Degree in Business, Math, Finance, Economics, or related field Proficiency in JIRA and other collaboration tools Skills/Personal Traits: Solid interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to work with minimal guidance Demonstrated team skills and experience working with client teams Responsiveness, flexibility, and adaptability to ambiguity Client and quality focused #EmployeeReferralProgram #ProgrammeRecommandationEmployes Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
