Troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure there are no project surprises. Operational Management ensure projects achieve financial targets and client requirements Actively managing JLLs project team to exceed our financial performance and client satisfaction targets. Managing our contract; recognizing and pursuing changes in the terms of our contract. Managing invoice distribution and ensuring AR collections within the contracted timelines. Monitoring project spend and updating costs to complete projects. Forecasting project resource needs, working with your manager to appropriately staff your projects. Reviewing and approving project team expenses and timecards. Ensuring file structures are in place and project documents are properly managed. Fully and accurately informing your manager of project issues that could affect project targets and reputation. Relationships collaborate and communicate with clients, project stakeholders, and JLL peers Working with owners, landlords, tenants, developers, institutions, architects, engineers, and contractors. Building rapport with key client project representatives. Cultivating new and existing business relationships. Obtaining client referrals and testimonials. Proactively identifying and tactfully resolving potential project issues. Collaborating with JLL peers, senior PMs, regional leads, practice leads, and SMEs to leverage JLLs vertically integrated real estate services platform. QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary education in Engineering Must have 4-6 years of relevant work experience, or combination of relevant work experience and education Commercial real estate, architectural or construction industry experience is required Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, and Scheduling in order to fully understand project implications based on minimal conceptual information Must have an understanding of technical requirements for business relocation Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, clients representatives, and team members Strong organizational and time management skills Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed Operates with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders Professional yet personable demeanor Demonstrated leadership, responsiveness, and accountability Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Proactive and takes initiative Able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Adobe Professional, X, or Standard What you can expect from us Were an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
