To support the rapid growth of our business, we areseeking a highly motivated Project Geologist. This is a Payroll Employee – Permanent role in our Canada – Vancouver office.
The Project Geologist spends time working faceto face with our customers to discover challenges and to assist them withsolutions that are certain to add value to their business. The role attends tonew customers trying out the software at the pre-purchase stage through toexperienced users needing technical support, training or projectassistance. We want to ensure that ourcustomers in the exploration and mining business segment feel important andwell supported. By being an investigatorand a problem solver, this role is responsible for providing both sales supportand technical expertise through integrated solutions awareness, analysis andresponse times. A Project Geologist isbuilding towards senior level expertise, adding value to the workflows withinLeapfrog Geo, Edge, and Central for fast, accurate model building andstakeholder collaboration. In further contributing to the big picture, thisrole has will have the opportunity to diversify their skills and contribute tothe global effort of prioritization and testing of software development and feedinto sales enablement and marketing content. Although based in Vancouver, this role will still be part of the NorthAmerican Technical Services team, responsible for ensuring that we understand theneeds of geoscientists across several time zones. Travel for businessdevelopment and delivery of training might make up 35% of your time (under postcovid conditions) in Canada, USA and Mexico.
