Do you have at least 2 years of solid Administrative experience in the Energy Sector? Are your Time Management and Organizational Skills at an excellent level? Our client is looking for an Individual with a strong background of administrative experience and organizational skills to support their Engineers and Managers with daily operations. Support office activities (onboarding/offboarding, booking meetings, preparing presentations) Support project admin Tracking status and following up with engineers and managers for progress updates. Preparing budget request forms Receiving Vendor prepared packages and performing initial QA check on the package Providing a QC check on internally prepared documents Close-out support CIC preparation for issuing documents Supporting with some documentation preparation effort Printing/scanning documents Attending and supporting Engineers and Managers in meetings Correcting documents that are returned from Records due to quality issues.
