Under the supervision of theProductionManager,the Production Plannerisresponsible for the detailed planning of production according to the main guidelines issued by the Production Manager. Their main role is to plan, organize and coordinate the entire production schedule in order to meet the schedule requirements for the needs of our customers. Job Responsibilities: Prepare production schedules taking into account the availability of labor, raw materials, packaging and equipment Coordinate production start-up between all departments (purchasing, quality control, production) in order to meet delivery deadlines. Establish the production schedule taking into account the purchase orders, the production capacity, the availability of material resources and the optimal use of equipment and labor. Define and revise the daily and weekly production order as needed in collaboration with the production supervisor, optimizing the production plan according to industrial constraints. Monitor the progress of work in real time and see that production deadlines andanomalies arecommunicated. Work closely with the purchasing department when placing orders, and monitor raw materials, packaging components and others Integrate special requests into the production plan such as taking samples, R&D tests, maintenance periods andplannedoutageson the machines. Use and maximize the available production capacity, focusing on optimal management of costs and resources (MOD, Materials, Time, etc.) Improve, develop and implement working methods to continually improve the planning process by reducing or eliminatingactivities without added value. Performrequisitionsinthelogicalintegrated management system (ERPSage x3) Participate inmonthlyinventory taking Measure different KPI’s and performance measurements, create reports and present them to the team members Respect andapply the various proceduresrelated to his position. Report any incident and / or non-compliance to thequality assurance department Perform any otherrelatedtask. Requirements BAC, DEC or AECin supply chain management or operations and logistics management oranyotherrelevantexperience.
