Job Description
We are seeking a painting production manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and training our painters, as well as addressing client concerns.
Responsibilities
- Management several painting crews and delegation of tasks
- Scheduling projects and completing them within the given timeframe
- Inspect materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Abide to all safety policies and procedures
- Door to door marketing and upselling jobs
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of painting experience (preferable)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
