WORK HOURS OPTIONS:

DAY SHIFT:    6:30 AM TO 3:00 PM         PAY RATE: $16.50

AFT SHIFT:     3:30PM TO 12:00 AM        PAY RATE: $16.50 PLUST $0.50 SHIFT PREMIUM

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

·         Manual assembly of electronic and mechanical devices according to assembly instructions, customer specifications and quality standards. This includes;

o    Hand soldering of various electronic devices (surface mount and through hole) following the J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards

o    Component preparation (forming), placement or installation

o    Visual inspection of assemblies per the IPC-A610 standard and customer specific standards

·         Product and materials packing for shipment

·         Inventory management

o    Picking and putting away required parts

o    Performing inventory counts

·         Logging all daily production activities and test/inspection results in Creation’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

·         Taking part in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly

·         Participate in team level quality improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         1 to 2 years of electronic hand soldering and/or rework experience

o    Previous certification in IPC-A-610, IPC 7711/7721 or J-STD-001 is preferred

·         Strong work ethic and attention to detail

·         Good communication skills in English – written and oral

·         Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

·         High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
