Our organization is a dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Come see why we are recognized as one of Alberta”s Top 75 Employers in 2020 and 2021!As a Product Quality Specialist, responsibilities include:Prepare quality plansAudit work products and projects within ASPICE compliant programsContribute to assessing software development work products including peer reviews of documents and code reviews to defined processes and checklistsParticipate in assessing ASPICE process compliance of projectsWork with project teams on a daily basis to assist in correct execution of development processesMust-Have:Engineering degree (electrical engineering with software development exposure OR software engineering)2-3 years of software quality quality management experience5+ years’ experience in software development in an automotive environmentKey Success Factors:Work product quality assurance will require paying attention to details, checking the use of templates, development standards and checklists.Excellent communication skills will be used to discuss quality non-conformances with the project teams, explaining the findings, providing suggestions to solve the issues and to follow up on the implementation of the correctionsNice-to-Have:Supported ASPICE assessments up to level 3 (in any role of an automotive project)ASPICE certification as a provisional assessor
