As the Marketing Product Owner for the Client segment reporting to the client experience team lead in the marketing, you will be responsible for implementing, owning and evolving the Client solutions at Intelcom. The logistics technology industry offers a context with multiple opportunities impacting the consumers, clients and drivers. Your role is to manage the evolution of the Client ecosystem towards a best of class experience alongside professionals services firm we have selected or are in the process of selecting for our initial implementation. Leveraging your CRM knowledge, user centricity orientation, you will lead the development, roadmap and support of this solution. What You’ll Do Maintain and grow a deep knowledge of the logistics industry, specifically from the point of view of how technology is being applied to enhance the delivery experience of our consumers Transform Client research into relevant insights Build business cases for the product roadmap and define business KPIs Define product KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance, identify and drive improvement opportunities Develop and manage the product roadmap; aligning product improvements to support organizational vision, business goals and opportunities focused on consumer experience Gather and build business requirements and transfer them into product features for the lead generation process, onboarding process for a new client as well the relationship management and account management Be responsible to manage the product backlog: Epic / Stories writing, prioritization in an agile project delivery Be responsible to write the UAT criterias as well as manage the UAT process with the team Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as business development, logistics technology team, finance and account managers to ensure product plans are aligned with business objectives/plans What You Bring Bachelor degree in computer science, marketing, business or other equivalent 5-7 years of product ownership experience or being a functional lead of a client ecosystem of solutions such as Customer Engagement Centre (CRM) and as well as Dynamic Pricing and revenue management solutions Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority and backgrounds mostly within sales, IT and finance teams Experience of delivering solution applying design thinking principles Capacity to deliver results driven solutions while being innovative Strong capacities to summarize and transform information and data into insights Ability to work in agile methodology English and French communication skills (verbal and written) Who we are Intelcom, a fast growing company from Quebec who works in the online commerce delivery sector.
