Must be a Level 2 Licensed Insurance Agent / Manager Personal Lines and Auto Department

Qualifications

• Level 2 General Insurance License
• Minimum 5 years current experience in managing a Personal Lines & Auto Team
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, ICBC PolicyCenter, TAM, EPIC
• Excellent written and verbal communication both with clients and staff members
• Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task
• Ability to budget your department and run reports for your team
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
• Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
• Handle a book of Business with VIP clients & high value homes
• Superior client service & telephone manners
• Ability to calmly lead your staff members with kindness and consideration
• Have a sense of humor and friendly demeanor
• You would be part of the Senior Management Team and required to attend meetings
• Work well with others and have the ability to problem solve
• Have an open-door policy and welcome staff to voice opinions
• Ability to give staff the skills they need without micromanaging them
• Scheduling for 25 staff

Hours of operation is 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday 10-4pm, Sundays and holidays closed.

Hours of work can be somewhat flexible with a Saturday in rotation every 8-9 weeks.
