Requirements More About You You have a post-secondary degree or diploma. You have a strong interest in the insurance industry You posses a Level I or Level II General Insurance License, or a strong motivation to obtain one. You are naturally inclined to take initiative independently; you are resourceful and like staying up-to-date. You demonstrate an other-focused approach to people. You possess better-than-average computer skills – your typing skills up there with the best of them! You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. You are detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. You understand the significance of these skills. You are able to work at a quick pace under pressure; possess time management skills. You like people and are willing to serve them with a smile, even when conflict arises. More About the Role Sales and service. Attracting new clients and taking great care of the ones we already have. Responding to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage, billing issues, claims, and certificates of insurance Providing quotations for potential policy changes Re-evaluating appropriate personal insurance coverages on existing lines of business Processing renewals to ensure retention of existing client relationships Entering and maintaining client information in the broker management system (Keal Sig) Processing policy changes on insurance company portals Provide support to sales staff as needed Cross-selling other First Foundation services to clients Answering and directing calls, email and faxes to employees of the brokerage Benefits More About Us What Keeps Us Going?
