What Youll Do Create and execute learning strategies and programs Conduct, improve and facilitate orientation for all new SOTI hires Create training sessions including booking attendees, organizing equipment, managing participation, and setting up resources Implement various learning solutions companywide (e.g. coaching, train-the-trainer, online training) Administer the Learning Management System including creating reports, user maintenance, security access, troubleshooting and uploading content Conduct need analysis on the existing development plans and help employees make the most of the learning opportunities Help Leaders develop their team members through career pathing and progression, talent review Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop learning content Facilitate courses in both e-Learning and Instructor-Led formats Act as a Learning Business Partner within the organization for an assigned client group Track and report on all learning objectives on a monthly basis Be involved in People and Culture initiatives, assigned projects to drive a culture of learning and development Partner with existing People and Culture business partners to assess the needs and business strategies and recommend viable solutions to transform our learning culture Experience Youll Bring 3 years experience in corporate training or talent development role Experience administering and developing courses for e-Learning is required Technical, Adult Learning and facilitation skills a must Strong executive presence, ability to present to all levels of employees Impressive facilitation and project management skills in the development of courses and programs that are global and enterprise wide Experience with Learning Management System is required, preferably Absorb Advanced skills using MS Office Products Word, PowerPoint, Excel are required Experience with a variety of editing applications such as Camtasia, Photoshop, iSpring would be strong assets Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
