THE DEPARTMENTThe mission of the People Operations Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day People & Culture business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.THE OPPORTUNITY As the leader of the People Operations Department, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for ensuring the most effective and efficient performance of People & Culture functions by defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence across People & Culture. You will play a pivotal role in championing the seamless execution of key divisional and cross-functional programs and functions through effective operational management of people, process, technology and space.
