As a leader of the Benefits Department, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for ensuring that Aritzia is attracting and retaining top talent with a strategic, effective benefits program. As the Senior Director, Benefits, you will design and manage innovative, competitive, and cost-effective benefit programs that are valued by our employees. As the Senior Director, Benefits, you will:
¢ Establish a strategic approach to deliver benefits policies and programs that are meaningful to our employees and support Aritzias goals
¢ Oversee successful execution of all benefits programs by effectively managing people, process, technology and tools
¢ Leverage and analyze reporting to identify opportunities, trends and improvements to optimize program value
