As a Guest Logistics Agent for our Port of Miami operation, you are the first Carnival face to meet and greet our guests as they drop anchor at our terminal and begin the exciting course toward the FUN awaiting them on board. During the Embarkation process, you will have the opportunity to:
Help guests navigate through our busy cruise terminal by proficiently monitoring the flow of guest traffic.
Use a high level of attention to detail while examining our guest’s cruise and travel documentation.
Utilize your PC skills as you accurately and efficiently register guests by inputting cruise, travel, and payment information into our unique computer system.
Confidently and effectively communicate with guests as you answer questions and disseminate and distribute important cruise information.
Work cohesively alongside co-workers who share your enthusiasm for creating a hospitable and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
Available to work out of Port Everglades as needed.

In order to be part of our FUN team, these are some of the things you will need to bring on board with you:
High School diploma or GED
Excellent command of the English language
Must have a minimum 1 year customer service experience.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, and push/pull an occupied adult size wheelchair, with or without accommodation.
Computer Proficiency and excellent typing skills; successfully pass a pre-interview alphanumeric test
Able to work weekends, holidays and /or certain weekdays
Able to work out of Port Everglades as needed
