Job Description

Opportunity: We are a fast paced and rapidly growing real estate investment company looking to hire a Full Time Home Buying Specialist/Outside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dedicated, eager, a self-starter and have strong people skills. The Home Buying Specialist will contribute to the growth and success of the company by meeting and exceeding sales targets, while having the opportunity to be a part of an energized and hard-working team. You do not need real estate experience or to be licensed. This position requires flexible hours, and the ability to work in a self-directed environment.

Job Type:

  • Full-time.
  • Commission.
    • 1st year OTE $100,000 – $150,000+
    • 2nd year OTE $150-000 – $200,000+
  • Permanent.

Schedule:

  • Flexible, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to set own schedule and partially work from home.
  • Required to drive to customer homes throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must Have: Minimum of 1-2 years of direct sales experience (experience with prospect follow up and management).
  • Own a vehicle and willing to drive throughout the GTA.
  • Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Team Player.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers looking to sell their property. Qualify the customer and setup an in-person appointment at their property.
  • Perform market research and comparable analysis to come up with win-win offers for the customer.
  • Create rapport with customers, understand their needs and situation, while overcoming objections to close the sale.
  • Input all customer and property information into company CRM.
  • Maintain contact with the customer in order to ensure high quality customer service and completion of the transaction.
