On behalf of our Client, we are delighted to be engaged in a search for an Outside Sales Representative. This is a hunter/new business development role with a focus on the residential market. This is not a cheesy door-to-door role but an amazing opportunity for someone looking to break into a career in professional sales. There’s an initial training program to set you up for success and on-going training and support. The company will provide you with some leads to get you started. The emphasis is on leveraging those leads and being creative in creating your sales funnel of prospects. They’ll also train you on some great best practices on business development strategies that work well!
This role has flexibility and ability to work from home and work flexible hours. Many of your client appointments will likely be in the evenings and on the weekend, so you will have some great flexibility during the week to make calls and appointments. This well respected organization offers a strong paid training program that focuses both on product as well as sales skills. There is a strong future career path with this company, with opportunity to move into business to business sales. To ensure your on-going success, there’s a mandatory Monday morning team meeting at the corporate office, along with conference call in meetings through the week. The team is very supportive and offers a fun, healthy competitive work environment.
If you have a great sales aptitude, an outgoing personality, and you are driven by success and the opportunity to excel on commission, we want to hear from you! You will also have your own vehicle, along with a valid driver’s license. In return, our client provides a paid training salary, commission, an iPhone, iPad, car allowance and full benefits after 3 months. Very realistic earning potential is $60,000+.
