· The ability to work independently and within in a team environment
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
· Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60lbs of sample materials as needed

Renewal by Andersen of Greater Toronto is looking for top sales professionals to add to our highly successful sales force. We are a leader in the window industry, and we are looking for the best of the best to join and grow with our organization due to our continued growth!
Our sales force is comprised of top performers who are highly compensated and can earn $150,000-$200,000 a year and beyond by selling the most recognized and industry leading brand on the market.
Are you a salesperson that is motivated, can build trust, and establish rapport with a customer easily and quickly? Are you a great brand ambassador able to identify the customer’s needs to a superior product?
Our Design Consultants meet with customers to consult and help identify the product that will fit their needs. Renewal by Andersen is the leader in terms of quality, value, and service! Using the tools, training, and sales methodology that you will receive in training, you will create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement window solution. You will have industry leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
Unlike other sales opportunities, Renewal by Andersen utilizes traditional and non-traditional marketing to provide our sales representatives with pre-set appointments. This means NO COLD CALLING or prospecting. The leads we provide are pre-qualified and pre-confirmed before you visit our customers in their homes.
