Job Description
Reporting to the Team Leader, Client Services, the Insurance Advisor, counsels individuals in regards to their auto and property insurance needs and maintains the maximum level of service for our existing clients; handles service and sales calls to ensure the maximum level of service for our clients. Shifts will vary. Each call is different and we support you to ensure your success at work. Our training programs are within the best in the industry and we help you develop your competencies through coaching. 
Pay rate: $24.86/hr 
Training start date: April 15th, April 29th and May 13th
Two locaiton openings: Toronto and Markham
 
Shift Information:
·         Full Time/35 hours a week with competitive salary
·         Full Time Paid Training: Monday-Friday from 9-5 for 8 weeks (2 weeks on theory, 6 weeks on in class training)
·         Mandatory Shift Requirements: Monday 11:30 am – 8 pm, Saturday 9 am – 4 pm, plus 3 additional weeknight from 12 pm- 8 pm (with a Sunday off + 1 additional weekday of either Tues, Wed, or Thurs, or Fri (rare)
·         Potential perm hire after 3 months with year-end bonus and incentive plan and benefits
 
Job Duties:
·         Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide advice based selling and promoting company features and benefits
·         Maintain and manage strong client relationships
·         Achieve sales, quotes and call targets
·         Develop new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross selling
·         Proficient in handling objections
·         Manage and process renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of client retention
 
Qualifications:
·         Strong skills in communication, organization, time management, client service, problem solving
·         Strong aptitude for sales and superior client service orientation
·         College or University diploma 
·         Obtain Insurance licence is an asset
·         Experience in customer service or sales or call center is an asset
·         College or University diploma
·         Credit must be in good standing and No criminal record
