Being at the forefront of strategy and execution, we are always in need of talented people who like to get things done.The Role:As Field Manager you will be managing a select group of sales agents and operational support staff within the Multi-Dwelling sector who sell and assist in the delivery of Bell’s world class Fibe service to the end users within this sector as part of our New Tenant Referral Program. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, passionate, well organized, professional, and have the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at the owner, senior manager and resident manager levels. Secondary to this role, you will be responsible to further manage sale agents within our clients Bell Smart Home division. Job Duties/ Accountabilities:As a Partnership Manager (Neighborhood Marketing Team – NMT) you will be accountable to deliver the strategy and execution of such functions as:Working collectively with our partners to provide quality service to our current base of apartment/condo unitsLeading the day to day management of 8+ dedicated sales and support agents.Managing our New Tenant Referral Program Responsible for achieving building penetration targets, gross sales and activation targets as well as any other performance KPI’s set by managementLiaise with partners to initiate and identify industry and event related sponsorship opportunities in conjunction with the clients partnership group.Providing sales and other KPI performance reports as requiredEnsuring project deadlines and deliverables are metApproving as required, sales representative expenses and hours workedProviding feedback to include such things as competitor activities and pricingAssist in the facilitation of team meetings-including preparation of agenda and effective delivery of value added content to sales agentsIn-field and one on one coaching with sales agents including completion of coaching logsWorking collaboratively with the other NMT team leads and regional managersCritical Qualifications/ Competencies:Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in sales and/or sales management.
