The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the resource has an undergraduate university degree in one of the following fields:

  • Accounting;
  • Business Administration;
  • Commerce;
  • Computer Science;
  • Economics;
  • Finance;
  • International Business;
  • Public Administration;
  • Statistics.

    This must be demonstrated by including a copy of the degree with the bid.

    Please provide a copy of your undergraduate university degree/diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, International Business, Public Administration, or Statistics as well as all relevant certifications – note: it is mandatory that this be included in the bid submission

    Please ensure that your degree is from a recognized organization or you have proof of equivalency from a recognized organization

    The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has professional certification in one of the following areas:

  • Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP); or
  • Certified Management Consultant (CMC); or
  • International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
  • This must be demonstrated by including a copy of the certificate/diploma with the bid.

    The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource possesses a minimum of sixty (60) months of experience, within the last one-hundred and twenty (120) months, in conducting Optimization Review Exercises or Comprehensive Review Exercises of large-scale* organizations demonstrating the following:

    · Describe the organizational assessment approaches and best practices utilized to conduct the Review;

    · Describe five (5) key strengths or weaknesses that were contributors to the process;

    · Describe recommendations for organizational optimization that were presented to the client;

    · Provide information to explain the results achieved; and

    · Provide information on the changes implemented from the final report.

    **A large-scale organization means a public or private sector organization of more than one-thousand (1,000) employees. Private sector includes the parent, subsidiaries and other affiliates of the organization.

    At a minimum, the following must be provided:

  • Name and description of client organization and relevant experience;
  • Timeframe (from-to dates month/year);
  • Description of the roles and responsibilities for each project;
  • Detailed example(s) demonstrating the relevant experience; and
  • Reference* (Name, phone number and email address) for each project.
  • * Reference checks will only be conducted to confirm the information provided, such as task types, completion verification, and adherence to timeline.
