Genesis Consulting is seeking an Operations Training & Deployment Lead who is motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful for a client in Toronto, Canada. Join our team and utilize leading industry technologies to configure, develop, deliver and support applications for our clients while leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. Duties and Responsibilities: The Operations Training & Deployment Lead will play a leadership role in planning, developing, and delivering training for the plaza operations team and supporting the deployment. You will collaborate with the business to execute business functions and business scenarios with users. You will oversee and participate with a core team to implement Panasonic POS devices and the Crunchtime! restaurant management solution. Lead the development of a “Train the Trainer” training model to support training for end-users Consult with other trainers, the customer, and leadership Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology and adjust training strategies, initiatives, and materials as necessary Conceptualize training materials based on data and research Communicate training needs and online resources Develop additional training materials as needed based on recommendations from of the Change Impact Analysis (completed by the Change Management Lead) Develop training assessments for Trainers & end-users Test and review created materials Maintain a database of all training materials Review employee performance and learning Develop, coordinate and monitor the TTT schedule Provide deployment support once training is complete Requirements Minimum Qualifications/Experience: Experience with POS & Restaurant Management Systems (CrunchTime! and IQtouch preferred) Previous experience as a Trainer Previous experience supporting deployments Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms Consistent record of delivering results Excellent written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects Good interpersonal skills and communication at all levels Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Financials and Ceridian HCM is desired Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related field Required Required Certifications: None Required PMP, Lean Six Sigma Preferred Other: Must be able to travel internationally
