Reporting to the Training & Support Manager in the Operational Excellence & Performance Group, you will be responsible for delivering training & support to our Operation teams. What is a typical work day? Train and support the learning for relevant tasks for employees in our delivery centers. Understand key performance indicators for our delivery centers to support their optimization. Help trainees understanding all SOPs and other processes to help them be successful in operating our delivery centers. During the training, ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed. Understand in detail the parcel delivery (Line Haul or last Mile) in order to help employees improve or tune their performance. Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards. About you: 5 years of experience in a relevant position including experience in logistics, supply chain or last mile delivery. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. (Microsoft Power BI would be an asset). Robust leadership capabilities and experience. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English & French. More details about the role: You will have the opportunity in this role to travel across Canada. Your working schedule is 5 days per week and will require flexibility to work on various shifts (evening or weekend) depending on assignments.
