Intelcom is a fast-growing Canadian company in the e-commerce delivery sector. Our teams across the country and our network of delivery partners contribute to the success of our day-to-day activities. Reporting to the Station Manager, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing all activities related to parcel sorting, road allocation and monitoring of existing processes and procedures. Responsibilities: Maintains safety & security of the premises & people during the shift; In collaboration with the Station Manager, participate in the development of procedures and working methods; Real-time tracking of deliveries by brokers and, if necessary, intervening by finding solutions to meet the company’s objectives; Ensure the use of safe working methods and behaviors within the team; Keeps accurate and through notes in daily log books. Develop and maintains sound working relationship with employees and contractors; Provide support & encouragement in an ongoing manner; Coaches people supported in completion of morning routine tasks; Responds to emergency situation as required; Completes daily time in sheets and submits to Station Manager; Implements training or action plans when required; Able to implement strategies and guidelines when required; Knowledge of counselling & problem-solving skills; Maintain professional & high-quality service-oriented environment at all times; Prepare a daily report; Process pending packages; Process returns to the sender Process SAC packages; Process parcels to plan Deal with broker returns at the end of the day Should show initiative, leadership, problem solving, staff training & team leading; If you are on theAM shift, additional responsibilities will include: Conduct briefing of all-night staff before night shift starts; Please note that we are looking for a full-time salaried employee to join our team at Intelcom. Requirements: At least 3years experiencein dealing with people, working in a fast-paced environment and in an urgent manner. Must be a people person and have the ability to work well with others, conflict resolution, quick problem solving. Upbeat individual willing to work with numerous tasks at handle. Ability to adapt to changes, work in a fast pace changing environment and problem solver. Tech savvy and willing to learn new and evolving systems. Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. Excellent communication, written and spoken. Excellent stress management. Interpersonal, autonomous, resourceful and versatile.
