EQ3 is an innovative leader in furniture and accessory design with retail locations across Canada and the US and a rapidly growing ecommerce presence. We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our growing Retail team. This is a full-time position located at the EQ3 Store location in Burlington, Ontario. The Operations Manager will manage and take ownership of inventory connected to the store. Oversees the flow of product and assists in all operational aspects of the store. Oversees building maintenance and issues.

THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:

+ Minimum two (2) years of Retail Management experience

+ Proficient in operations and systems; including POS system and Microsoft Office

+ Knowledge of building maintenance and issues

+ Detail oriented in all aspects of the job

+ Excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

+ Manages inventory – receiving, adjustments, cycle counts & ordering

+ Maintains store orders, ensures accuracy of order entry, submits orders to Head Office, closes orders

+ Price tag standards, maintaining and creating new price tags

+ Maintenance and organization of the stockroom, including shelving adjustments for new product according to EQ3 internal processes and procedures

+ Following replenishment guidelines and stockroom organization

+ Oversees building maintenance and issues

+ Supports the maintenance of visual standards, including merchandising presentation, signage and general housekeeping

+ Works closely with the visual coordinator to implement visual standards and directives (i.e. displays, signage and room groupings)
