Ultimately, the On-Premise Manager is accountable for the retention, saturation and diversification of their on-premise location.The OPM is responsible for driving the fulfillment strategy of the account though the service component.Depending on the size of the account the OPM may be responsible for leading, developing, and driving results with Recruiters and direct reports.The OPM must have the ability to effectively communicate to contractors, potential contractors, client contacts and internal contacts at all levels.Essential Functions:Perform all necessary contractor screenings to ensure their qualifications meet open positions (i.e. interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc…) as well as new contractor orientations/onboarding.Addressing contractor frequently asked questions pertaining to the assignment, pay, benefit, etcMaintain and manage contractor work force according to the client specific Progressive Discipline Program as outlined in the Aerotek @ Client Employee Handbook.This includes monitoring attendance & lateness, providing warnings, etcFollow Injury Reporting Protocol by communicating with the appropriate internal contact and the local medical facility that provides post-accident careServe as the interface between client managers, local office and contract employees.This includes regular attendance of client production and/or staff meetings on site as well as a presence at the local office when needed.Maintain all documentation using Aerotek”s online system and/or client systems to track performance feedback regarding contractors, as well as inputting new hires into the system.Delivery of performance feedback to contractors as well as the client to ensure client is aware of influences impacting employee retention.Delivery and maintain all client related requirements related to on site contractor workforce,such as route audits of contractor PPE, and other employee compliance measure as client specifiesMaintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client culture, while maintaining the Aerotek expected standards of the guiding principlesUse Aerotek Employee Relations as escalation point and resource for employee issuesUtilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek Inc. for conflict resolutionExecution of Business Reviews with the Client at least twice a yearDaily/weekly reporting provided to the Client and internal partners where applicableAdministrative duties as requiredSupervisory or Management Responsibilities:May have supervisor responsibilities as role evolves.
