Job Description

Looking to hire an Online Sales Associate

We work directly with union members on their permanent insurance benefits. We will give you the members to call, your job is to book them for an online appointment and to go over their benefits and options with them to see if they can qualify for anything permanent that wouldn't be provided currently through their union. The unions we work with understand all members have benefits through work but that they aren't permanent, that's why we have an affiliation with their unions and our job exists. With COVID we've had a significant demand with our benefits so we are looking for the right people to fill in those roles. Direct sales experience isn't required although is preferred.

Given that we service unions we too are unionized – we offer exceptional benefits through UNIFOR 247. Your schedule would be very flexible, we are very hands off with our staff once you are off servicing clients via Zoom but we do offer training to get you started and are always there to help as needed. Interviews are beginning this week, when you apply please check your email for a follow up. Position is performance based. Commission is high per enrolment with the average being 600$. Paid weekly. We give you the clients to call we're just looking for the right people to call them.
