We are seeking an Office/Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the office and the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise team of retail sales and office reception workers
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed
Computer reservation programs and cashier/money management
Train and evaluate employees
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
Prepare work schedules for inside office staff
Order stock and Inventory maintenance
Order office supplies and equipment as needed
Manage POS system
Maintain filing system
Reception and EOD procedures
Accounts receivable and monthly credit card reconciliation
Assist general manager with various tasks
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Collect staff timesheets and input into excel spreadsheet for payment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, customer service and office procedures
An Office Administration Certificate/Diploma is preferred but will train the right applicant
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Multitasking and handling of front line reception
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; specifically in Excel and Word
Ability to maintain and preserve strict confidentiality
Great communication skills both verbally and written
Able to effectively deal with guests and priorities diplomatically
