We are looking for an Office Manager/Coordinator for a Property Management company.
Full time, permanent role
Location: Markham
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing the office calendar, invoices and filing system
Record all travel expenses & ensure compliance with company policy
Excellent problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of accounting (AR & AP) is a must 
At least 5-10 years of administrative experience
Knowledge of property management/real estates is asset
