Office Manager/Coordinator in Markham
We are looking for an Office Manager/Coordinator with property management experience.
Full time, permanent role
Location: Markham
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing the office calendar, invoices and filing system
Record all travel expenses & ensure compliance with company policy
Excellent problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of accounting
At least 10 years of administrative experience
Knowledge of property management/real estates is strong asset
