A construction company serving institutional, commercial and residential customers throughout Greater Vancouver. They are experts in; high, mid and low-rise building envelope remediation, new construction & tenant improvements, multi-unit residential development and construction management.
Your new role
You will be working in their Vancouver office and be specializing in general administration for the company. Your duties will involve filing and creating project files, checking project documents, dealing with clients, assisting with proposals, proofreading documents, scheduling meetings, scanning and uploading forms, helping with the recruitment of new hires and any other general ad-hoc duties as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in administration. It is an asset if this person has a degree or diploma in Business Administration. If this person has marketing, proposal writing or any HR experience it would be considered a bonus.
