Office Admin – Administrative Assistant
Our client is a leading canadian Bank. We are look for a strong office admin to support the Regional Operations Manager (East) as well as his team of 7-8 people as required in terms of administrative functions.
Contract Length: 6 Months (possibility of extension for the right candidate)
Hours of Work: 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday (One Hour Lunch)
Location: Downtown
LOB: Operational Risk
Daily Responsibilities:
• Various administrative tasks such as filing photocopying, emailing, etc.
• Answering the phones as required
• Ordering catering lunches
• Work with expense reports
• Occasional A/P responsibilities
• Ordering office supplies
• Opening new accounts as required
• Sending invoices
• Backup reception
