Reporting to the Environmental Operations Manager, the Northern District Manager will build and maintain positive client relationship focused on providing top quality service in a variety of environmental programs.ResponsibilitiesOverall management of multi-location office staff, consulting staff and client environmental portfoliosProviding mentorship and technical guidance for remediation programs including Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Sites Assessments, In-Situ and Ex-Situ Remediation, soil and groundwater treatment, soil and groundwater monitoringProviding mentorship and technical guidance for reclamation programs including small and large scale surface reclamation, Detailed Site Assessments, vegetation management and tree planting supervision.Business development and marketing to grow and expand the environmental services business line within your regional areaCommunication and liaison with other Regional Offices to ensure open communication and environmental service line efficienciesWorkload forecasting and staffingImplementing corporate and client safety programsEnsure that project requirements are met in a timely and effective mannerExperienceMore than 12+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience in the Oil and Gas sector.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency inplanning and control of work in a multi-project, deadline-driven environmentAbility to develop strong working relationships with individuals from a variety of different backgroundsAble to prioritize work, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced, high volume team environmentProactive approach to problem solving with a strong ability to take initiativeMust have strong ability to influence and communicateProven ability to build relationships across various organizationsStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsEducationTechnical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science or related disciplineMust possess or be eligible for professional designationWhat We OfferFull insurance and benefitsCompetitive compensationWhy ClearStream:At ClearStream, we work day-in and day-out, we help our customers bring resources to our world.
