This role includes: Develop relationships with strategic partners across various brands Managing initial contact in person or over the phone to develop a brand lead Work with existing brands to optimize current relationships and create new opportunities from strategy through execution Managing the full sales cycle with the brand, from initial presentation to securing the sale. Deals that range from $5k to $100k. Build pipeline of new business prospects and manage in CRM Proactively outreach and source new sponsorship opportunities Position the value of Total Mom Inc with various brands Ability to overcome objections and collaboratively negotiate favourable outcomes Represent Total Mom Inc at industry events Requirements Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field of study January 24, 2021 3+ years experience in a faced paced environment 3+ years of prior sales and/or business development experience preferred Experience in event or sponsorship sales is a priority and an asset Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders through exemplary professional conduct Ability to multi-task and demonstrate good time management, and organizational skills Superior communication skills including excellence in verbal presentation, written correspondence, and report writing Must be detail-oriented and accurate with the ability to meet multiple deadlines Confidentiality is a must Our Dream Teammate will be: A Proactive Problem Solver Highly self-motivated A self-improvement junkie Enthusiastic and positive Skilled communicator MASSIVELY Organized Independent thinker A Self-Starter Full of Love, Compassion, and Empathy…yet Bold Always learning and coachable You report directly to Anna Sinclair Compensation:$50,000 CAD base salary with bonus incentives based on driving KPIs.
