The Operations Support Clerk reports to the department Operation Supervisor and plays a key role in the day to day operational requirements for the business. In this role, you would prepare all department documentation and respond to all internal or client inquiries (via telephone, email, fax or in person) in a professional, polite manner. An Operations Support Clerk ensures that all productivity reports are accurate and achieved to maintain service level standards. This role also involves data entry for multiple customers, while helping to coordinate and supervise the activities with the processing team. You would have the opportunity to manage order flow in the system (PKMS) and on the floor with the team.
