Job Description


Our company is looking to add a new team member to our Administrative family in Calgary, AB. We are an industry-leading Marketing and Management Consulting Firm with more than 15 offices across 10 cities in Alberta and British Columbia. We specialize in telecommunications solutions and are a primary partner of TELUS Communications. We are now looking for a friendly, outgoing and energetic individual to help support TELUS’ MDU(Multi-Dwelling Unit) Program working out of Calgary office.


The right individual will have opportunities to grow and advance within our company. Pay will start at $16.00 per hour, with a review after a 3-month probationary period.


MDU Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in events scheduling and territory sheet distribution.
  • Support Territory Relationship Managers’ onboarding process.
  • Track sales and pull reports from Salesforce.
  • Process MDU incentive request.
  • Develop and maintain a database to track the right of entry.
  • Monitor inventory of collateral and place orders when running low.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Assist the Manager with additional tasks as required.

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment in an administrative capacity.
  • Experience/Knowledge in MDU preferred.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Prior knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
  • Minimum 45 WPM typing speed.
  • Must be available to work 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday in Calgary, AB.
