Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together In this role, you’ll develop and implement customer-centric marketing campaigns to keep our customers and help them live healthier and happier lives. Here’s how You’ll play a key role in reducing churn by driving product intensity, upsell and contract renewals. You’ll collaborate with various teams (Product, Marketing Communications, Market Intelligence, Client Experience, Digital, Reporting) to identify and develop activities to deliver value-based messages that matter to customers. Evolve the proactive retention program and bring forward ideas to reduce churn Support the strategic development, planning and tactical execution of various go-to-market activities Act as a single point of contact for all LivingWell Companion base management activities Focus on opportunities that deliver on a personalized customer experience and drive revenue growth, improve customer lifetime value, customer satisfaction and brand affinity Share updates and recommendations to the leadership team to assist with decision making and future planning activities Understand and monitor targets and KPIs, and adjust plans as required to meet or exceed them You’re the missing piece of the puzzle: Recognized for your exceptional relationship building skills, you bring people together to solve problems collectively and seek out different points of view to bring marketing initiatives and campaigns to life Known for your ability to prioritize work and thrive in a fast paced environment, you manage and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives to get things done Strong bias for action and the ability to work independently to produce the required results Proven ability to understand numbers, you use insights and results to help solve problems and make data-driven decisions Great to haves Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment including aging/older Canadians Entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership and responsibility for the business Tenacity, resilience and leadership that enables you to organize and lead initiatives, overcome challenges and build solutions A bit about us Our business is connecting Canadians.
