The role:
A Marketing Advisor is a puzzler… someone who can examine the challenges and opportunities for local businesses and collaborate to solve their unique marketing puzzles.
The role includes sales support (for a separate, dedicated sales force), marketing expertise, problem-solving, and project management.
Marketing Advisor work includes research, listening, thinking, writing, coordinating with others, organization, feedback and follow-up. The outputs are include digital campaigns, logo creation, web site builds, print projects, social media plans, adWord campaigns, SEO management and general marketing acrobatics.
You will have many projects on the go at the same time where you are the conduit to all things Homefield. This position is based in Winnipeg, but you'll also help businesses across Manitoba and into Northern Ontario
Skills:
Some combination of specific marketing training and actual marketing experience. You should be able to build a marketing plan for a small business, from scratch.
