Job Description

Summary

Marketing goals include maintaining the brand integrity of Globe Property Management and strategically positioning Globe Property Management as a trusted source. The Marketing team is responsible for helping to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging that speaks to the community at large.

Duties (not limited to):

·         Google Ads

·         Kijiji updates

·         Leasing inquiries

·         Market research

·         Content creation

·         Administrative tasks/support

·         Assist with branding initiatives

·         Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • University Major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent.
  • Some level of experience in the private sector to including the handling of corporate communications, original writing and editing and some public relations.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation and spelling.

·         Strong writing skills

·         Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Experience with social media posting (Facebook, Instagram etc.)

·         Team Player

·         Have own vehicle
 

**Experience with Google Ads and metrics would be considered an asset**

Working Conditions

  • Some travel is required (within Winnipeg).
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
