We promote rigorous quality and multi-disciplinary collaboration throughout every project, informing the insights that raise the bar enterprise-wide.

Managing Agile Coach II

Together, you will provide hands-on support and guidance to specialized Agile teams up to the executive level. As the Managing Agile Coach II, your peers will look to you as a thought leader and foremost authority on the Agile methodology. That depth of knowledge combined with your passion for relationship building will inform your customized coaching plans that assess the capabilities and capacities of highly specialized disciplines within TD and their respective teams. You naturally think like a customer, and that drives you to develop smarter, more adaptable Agile product roadmaps that optimize resources and ensure more efficient and effective deliverables. Most of all, your foremost goal is to render your own role on each team obsolete. Why? Because you inspire leadership at every level, and provide the tools, maturity, and independence teams need to help make TD the better bank – all on their own.
