As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our business leaders on developing our workforce planning strategy and framework to anticipate, in the short and medium term, our workforce requirements, analyze internal capabilities and develop a plan to bridge the identified gaps. What is a typical day? Develop and manage the workforce planning process, as well as continuously evolve our practices by keeping up to date with leading class standards, practices, trends and the future of work. Identify with business leaders, the talent needs required to support the execution of our long-term business strategy and provide actionable guidance. Develop the strategic workforce planning framework and plans, including, implementation roadmap and execution. Support the development, update and maintenance of key workforce planning and analytics processes, and tools. Organize and analyze workforce-related data for ad hoc requests and regular reporting, including composition, key people metrics and insights. Provide data trends and insights to support the development of solutions that address short, medium and longer-term workforce needs, skills and capabilities, efficiency, as well as alternative talent models to fit business requirements. Work with our leadership team to develop annual workforce plans. Collaborate with team members to execute projects; providing subject matter advisory to achieve results. What does it take to be successful? 5 years of experience in workforce management, planning and analytics with developed leadership expertise Strong business acumen and able to build trusting relationships with business leaders Ability to quickly learn new technology, software and systems Project management experience, including juggling multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, etc. Bilingual with strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, written and visual) Enjoys working in an agile and collaborative environment Experience challenging the status quo and utilizing innovative thinking and demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills Open-minded, responsive to change and driven to make a difference.
