Join our team We are looking for a passionate leader to join our B2B Systems Transformation Team as Manager, Planning and Engineering to lead the strategy and roadmap for our B2B platforms, transforming how our teams operate today. Your team will manage a $50M capital portfolio working closely with all business teams to understand sales, marketing, and operational needs to build and align an integrated systems evolution roadmap. This is an extremely satisfying, yet challenging, opportunity to positively impact the daily activities of thousands of team members and through them improve the customer experience for all of our customers. The role provides a high degree of interaction with senior leaders in the organization where you will be expected to lead conversations on future investments, tradeoffs, risks and performance of the portfolio against our commitments in one of the most exciting and well-funded periods of our journey.
