It allows users to check symptoms, see a doctor and easily access their clinical records all through a smartphone. In this exciting opportunity, you”ll lead the Babylon by TELUS Health Consumer Marketing team, who are responsible for achieving targets through creation and execution of a compelling consumer marketing strategy. Here”s how Oversee and guide the evolution of the multi-channel and unique marketing strategy, by partnering with internal teams and agencies to increase our consumer user base, as well as engage our existing user base Help grow our business by creating a meaningful understanding of business drivers, issues, and opportunities Set and measure key performance indicators and work with partners to achieve these critical metrics You will lead a team of high-performing individual contributors, leveraging their talents to execute on the marketing plan, while supporting them in achieving their business and personal development goals As the team grows, you’ll lead recruiting activities, including onboarding and supporting new team members You’re the missing piece of the puzzle Experienced marketing professional with a passion for health and the drive to identify new opportunities and develop creative campaigns Recognized for exceptional team leadership skills: able to build high performing teams and provide direction, support and motivation Known for your relationship building, teamwork, interpersonal skills and ability to bring teams together, to focus on an overall goal Noted for your exceptional presentation skills, ability to simplify information to share with leaders and partner teams, and using data to support recommendations With a love of working in dynamic environments, digging into business problems and identifying opportunities Have strong financial acumen and are able to manage budgets and lead business case development Hold a post-secondary degree in a relevant field, plus 7+ years working in a marketing and/or brand management role and minimum of 3 years of experience in a people leadership position Who is TELUS?
