Fog is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial operator to work in its retail, apparel, textile, and automotive portfolio to lead the integration of new acquisitions and to drive strategy and operational excellence initiatives across all 10 of its existing businesses.
This person will report into the Portfolio Manager and be responsible for the integration of new acquisitions beginning with participation in the due diligence pre-acquisition followed managing the process of integrating the business into Constellation and then supporting the acquired business as they implement Constellation best practices across all functions and areas of their business. This person will also be responsible for the ongoing implementation of best practices in organic growth and operational efficiency across the existing portfolio of businesses – projects will range from evaluating new product opportunities to optimizing service delivery. High energy, motivation, initiative, and drive are a must. A successful candidate will be disciplined and detail-oriented, have exceptional commercial instincts, be highly analytical and evidence-driven, have excellent communication skills and the humility and openness to be able to learn from and work well with stakeholders across the company.
