The ideal candidate will have:Experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Mechanical Service Manager in a retail / commercial environment (Tires / Automotive)The flexibility to travel and/or relocate across Manitoba for training or management opportunitiesSound knowledge of effective operational procedures in a related industry Solid organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize competing demands.Proven track record in initiating sales opportunities and growing market share.Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve results.Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.The ability to attract, motivate, and retain staffStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsCommitment to the Fountain Tire Program (DRIVE)The ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysThe willingness to commit for a minimum of 5 years to this position
